The SchoolMedicine Hat High School has 1350 students in grades 9 through 12, and a staff of 70 teachers. Medicine Hat High School has a state-of-the-art science centre, new physical education facilities and modern fine art facilities as well as numerous computer labs. Medicine Hat High School is known for excellence, innovation, and for offering one of the widest varieties of programs for students with different needs and talents. The School DistrictMedicine Hat School District No. 76 is a great place to learn English and gain an Alberta High School Diploma due to its small enrollment of international students and its individual attention given to every international student. Medicine Hat School District No. 76 is a public school system that serves the needs of 6,500 elementary and secondary students in the City of Medicine Hat.
